California
protective parents (both men and women) have been wondering for some time why
California Judges choose to ignore evidence of extreme abuse and give children
to rapists and human traffickers. Too
often, as kids don’t want to go along with the forced sex, they wind up
dead. Various groups have filed complaints
asking the judicial commission to check into situations where judges have
engaged in human trafficking on the record.
However, the Judicial Performance Commission has failed to take any
actions. Instead, the Counsel actually
censors whistle-blowing judges like Deann Salcido for objecting to human trafficking.
Jonah Rief—San Diego
Among the worst
cases is that of Jonah Rief, an Alabama child of a single mother, snatched away
from his home in the Southeastern U.S. and brought to California for
trafficking out of the country by a man who never actually proved
paternity. The stranger pretended to
have been married to and divorced from the mother. He refused to take A DNA test ordered by the
Alabama Court. Imagine how the real
father felt as his little boy was ripped away from the mother and sent via
Judge Gregory Pollack out of the country.
Jonah disappeared after February 26, 2013, when he was flown out of the
U.S. Naked pictures were placed on the
Net by the stranger and the nudes got close to 200,000 hits. Records show evidence
that an illegal adoption took place and that there was no notice to the mother
nor the real father. When an attempt was made to see the adoption file, the
local file was withheld from the mother and the state file has disappeared. Yet, irregularities in the records indicate
the presence of a cover-up. Instead of a
system of justice protecting the boy, the Alabama unwed mother was kidnapped
from her home state with an invalid warrant, held in detention without
arraignment for 91 days and tried in a tribunal which was with secret sessions
violative of U.S. Constitution , Presley
v. Georgia (2010) 558 U.S 212, 130 S. Ct. and all established jurisdictional
law. The mother’s crime was refusing to
turn over the child to a trafficker (NOT the father) who reportedly performed satanic
blood and sex rituals with the boy while the boy was still in the country. An Alabama Court had already issued an order
protecting the mother from the trafficker. So why were California vigilantes
sent to Alabama to imprison the mother for three months without letting her
even know the charges and why after the mother was illegally brought to
California did Judge Kenneth So’s
courtroom later conduct secret proceedings that resulted in further imprisonment?
Charlotte
Molinari – Sonoma
In 2012, the
body of Charlotte Molinari was found hung from a tree off the beaten path in
the woods in Sonoma County. The person
who led authorities to the tree was Charlotte’s father, a man she had accused
of being a rapist. Her mother Colleen,
with whom Charlotte wanted to live, had not been allowed to see her daughter –
though Colleen had engaged in no misconduct of any kind with respect to the
girl. The father quickly had the girl’s
body cremated and the mother had to get special permission to attend her
daughter’s funeral.
Lexi Dillon
– Orange County
Full custody
of the young American girl and the right to remove her from the U.S. was given
to her Pakistani-Thai father after the Tustin police tried to have him arrested
on multiple counts of raping and sodomizing the little girl. It did not matter that the father was not allowed
back in the country and only has citizenship in Thailand. Because her mother had
taken the girl to a doctor, Judge James Waltz prohibited her from seeing her daughter. “Alienation” is considered far worse than
nightly unwanted sex with a child. The
girl also accused the minor’s counsel (who was paid large sums by the father) of
abuse. Professionals (including father’s
rights advocate Dean Tong) and doctors were threatened from the bench for their
verification of the abuse by the father of the girl. The judge ordered the
removal of all references in the file to the professionals who verified the
abuse. Currently, nine-year old Lexi is missing, held in an undisclosed
location under the directions of the man accused by the police of abusing the
girl. It is not known if she is still in
the United States but the judge authorized Lexi’s removal from the U. S. before
she disappeared from her Tustin home.
Multiple
cases in San Diego, Orange, Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles and other
California Counties
In the vast
majority of cases, (80%) when kids are taken to a doctor who finds abuse, the
innocent parent who takes the child to the doctor is placed on brief, expensive
monitored visits while courts grant the abuser gets full custody as retaliation
for “alienation” or “whistle blowing.” With
great regularity, judges ignore laws regarding rape and abuse and officially
delete evidence of such abuse from the record.
In some cases, they even delete all references to court-appointed
experts who verify the abuse.
COMPLICITY
OF COUNCIL ON JUDICIAL PERFORMANCE IN CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE AND TRAFFICKING OF
CHILDREN
At the 87th
annual meeting of the California Bar’s Annual meeting, Victoria Hensley and
Nanci Nishimura worked hard to silence any questions or comments about the
human trafficking of minors. After the
meeting both Hensley and Nishimura were visibly angry that parents were
concerned about this issue. . Anthony
Capozolli, also helped silence any discussion but did not show anger against or
resentment of victims. The reactions of
these three members gave the appearance of a cover-up as the subject could be
discussed without reference to individual cases. But then, they had received petitions and thousands
of complaints on some of the cases and had done nothing to stop even a single
night of sex with the youngsters or to remove or reprimand sex-trafficking
judges.
Due to the failure of the CJP to act when judges
intentionally or recklessly place children in harm’s way, the following are
among the California deaths. Though only
a sample of the names of the dead are listed below, thousands of California
kids are raped, sodomized and/or killed annually because the Council on
Judicial Performance does not consider human trafficking to be grounds to
reprimand or remove a judge.
